Juanita Oostendorp is a qualified social worker with 38 years of experience working in the field of Child protection and 15 years of this in the UK both in Child and Adult Protection, also specializing in the field of dementia and mental health. She has an advanced diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which she passed with a cum laude. Life coaching and mentoring and allowing the silenced to find their voices are her passion. Jaunita is married to Noel for 24 years and is grateful for a second chance at love. She has 3 biological children and one step-daughter and says she needs to pay homage to all her adopted kids and grandkids. Juanita received an award for her first book at the AfriCAN Honoree Authors Awards 2022
