He is also the Managing Director of Paradigm Management Consulting and a specialist on the subject matter pertaining to Bullying in the Workplace. Grant worked for companies like General Electric, Samsung Electronics and Air Liquide and until recently embarked on the journey of starting up Paradigm Management Consulting to tackle bullying in the workplace.
