Freddie Komedie was born in Tsitsikamma and grew up partially in Keiskammahoek and partially in Tsitsikamma. He has a postgraduate qualification in Labour from the Nelson Mandela University, a certificate in Security Management from Uhuntu Training Academy, a Certificate in Counselling from FAMSA, Certificate in Leadership and he is the Chairman of the Palmietrivier Area Management Board in Tsitsikamma. He is also the leader of Joy Centre Christian Embassy. Freddie is an employee at the Department of Employment and Labour.
