Dr Mitchell M Messina

Dr Mitchell M. Messina has devoted his career to transforming education in South African schools.

His extensive experience includes working as a teacher, principal, circuit manager and educational consultant, giving him a broad understanding of both the challenges facing educators and the practical realities of the classroom.

He holds a BA, an MEd (cum laude) in Cognition, and a PhD from Stellenbosch University, where his research focused on the use of Choice Theory and Reciprocal Teaching.

Driven by a passion for meaningful educational change, Dr Messina equips educators with practical skills and innovative strategies capable of creating lasting impact.
